How we work with you.
01
Precise.
We name the version, the date and the source. A plan says which release you move from, which one you move to, and when the vendor’s standard support ends.
02
Technical.
An architect reads your first message. You talk to the engineers who work on your platform, and you get answers in versions, mechanisms and tests.
03
Trustworthy.
We state only what we can back. A vendor’s end of support is a date in its policy, and we say what it ends and what remains. We name no client without permission.
Which version are you on?
Tell us the platform, the version and what has to change. We reply with questions or a proposed next step.
