Services
Necto Consulting works on IBM webMethods, Camunda, Java and ServiceNow. We plan each upgrade and migration around the vendors’ published dates. We build AI agents into governed processes, and do AI compliance work beside your legal team. Around the platforms: MuleSoft and TIBCO, training, cloud and DevOps, and nearshore teams in Bulgaria.
Platforms
IBM webMethods, Camunda and Java, with ServiceNow connected to all three.
IBM webMethods
Integration Server, API Gateway, Universal Messaging, Trading Networks and IBM Integration SaaS: design, upgrades and operations on Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Camunda
Camunda 8 processes in BPMN and DMN with Java job workers and connectors, Self-Managed on Kubernetes or SaaS, and AI agents under rules and audit.
Java
Spring Boot 4 services on Java 21 and 25 LTS, Jakarta EE, Kafka and OpenTelemetry, and the job workers and adapters your processes depend on.
ServiceNow
ServiceNow connected to IBM webMethods, Camunda and Java: ITSM, ITOM, CSM and HRSD, and SPM (formerly ITBM), on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
Migrations and upgrades
Three dated moves: IBM webMethods 10.x to 11.1 or 12.1, Camunda 7 to 8, and Spring Boot 3.5 to 4.
IBM webMethods upgrade
Upgrade IBM webMethods 10.x to 11.1 or 12.1 before standard support for 10.15 ends on 31 October 2027: inventory, containers, Broker to Universal Messaging.
Camunda 7 to 8 migration
Inventory, JavaDelegates to job workers, JUEL to FEEL, running instances with the Data Migrator and the cutover, or Camunda 7 Enterprise until April 2030.
Spring Boot 4 upgrade
The move from Spring Boot 3.5 to Spring Boot 4: Spring Framework 7, Jakarta EE 11, Jackson 3 and Java 21 or 25 LTS.

The areas in detail.
IBM webMethods and Camunda
Enterprise application integration and business process management are the core of our work. On IBM webMethods we design, build and upgrade Integration Server, API Gateway, Universal Messaging and Trading Networks. Standard support for IBM webMethods 10.15 ends on 31 October 2027. On Camunda 8 we model processes in BPMN and DMN and write the Java job workers behind them. Camunda 7 Community Edition reached end of life in October 2025. We plan the move to Camunda 8, or a stay on Camunda 7 Enterprise, supported until April 2030. Beyond IBM webMethods, we work with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and TIBCO.
ServiceNow
We implement IT Service Management on the ServiceNow AI Platform and connect it to IBM webMethods, Camunda and Java. Our ServiceNow scope also covers IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery and Strategic Portfolio Management. Incidents, changes and requests then move between ServiceNow and the systems it manages. Mihail Gabrovski leads our ServiceNow work.
Cloud and DevOps
Your systems may run in the cloud, on premises or in a hybrid of both. Our consultants work to DevOps practice in each of them. We have moved complex existing applications as they are, in a lift and shift. We have also taken applications cloud-native, with containers on Docker, Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift. IBM webMethods runs self-managed on Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, and Camunda 8 on Kubernetes or as SaaS.
AI agents and AI compliance
We treat AI as an addition to processes and integration, not a replacement for them. We build AI agents inside BPMN processes with the Camunda AI Agent connector. The process, its rules and its audit trail decide what the agent may do. Our data engineers and data scientists prepare the data the agents work with. For AI compliance, we do the technical and governance work beside your legal team. It covers the EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001 and, for banks and insurers, DORA. The AI Act’s rules for high-risk systems in Annex III apply from 2 December 2027. This is not legal advice.
Nearshore teams
You choose how our engineers work with you. They can join your team on your platform, or we can own a defined scope and deliver it. For a nearshore team, we set up a dedicated team in Bulgaria and support you through the whole set-up. Bulgaria is one hour ahead of Berlin, Vienna and Zurich. Workshops and documentation can be in English or German. Our technical project managers keep the scope, the time, the budget and the quality in view.
