ServiceNow
We implement ITSM on ServiceNow and connect it to IBM webMethods, Camunda and your Java services. Incidents, changes and requests flow between ServiceNow and the systems that act on them. We also work on ITOM, CSM, HRSD and SPM (formerly ITBM), on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
The task.
ServiceNow records the incident, but other systems hold its cause and its fix. An integration that drops a message leaves a ticket without its context.
When IBM webMethods or Camunda changes version, the ServiceNow side must change with it. One team on both sides keeps the interfaces in step.
What we do.
- 01
ITSM
Incident, problem, change and request management, configured to the way your teams work.
- 02
Integration with IBM webMethods
ServiceNow connected through Integration Server or API Gateway. Retries and error handling are designed on both sides.
- 03
Integration with Camunda
Camunda processes that open, update and close ServiceNow records. A process can wait for a change approval and resume when ServiceNow reports it.
- 04
ITOM, CSM, HRSD and SPM
Operations, customer service, HR service delivery and portfolio management, connected to the systems behind them.
- 05
Java services and REST APIs
Java services that call the ServiceNow REST APIs, or that ServiceNow calls. Each interface is tested from both ends.
Typical engagements.
Integration build
A ServiceNow integration with IBM webMethods or Camunda, from the design to a tested release.
ITSM implementation
ITSM configured on ServiceNow and connected to the systems your teams already use.
Embedded engineers
Our engineers join your ServiceNow team. They work on your instances and to your release cycle.
Versions and dates.
From the vendors' published pages, checked on 17 October 2026.
The platform is now called the ServiceNow AI Platform.
The name SPM dates from 13 April 2022.
The integrations carry the other platforms’ dates: standard support for IBM webMethods 10.15 ends on 31 October 2027, and Camunda 7 Community Edition reached end of life in October 2025.
Is this for you?
A good fit
- ServiceNow sits beside IBM webMethods, Camunda or Java services in your estate.
- You want one team on both sides of each interface.
- Your internal team will own the integrations after handover.
Not a fit
- You want ServiceNow licences resold, with no engineering work.
- You need people placed, with no technical lead on your side.
- You want an integration built with no test instance to try it on.
Questions.
Do you work with ServiceNow?
Yes, we implement ITSM on ServiceNow and connect it to IBM webMethods, Camunda and your other systems.
How do you connect ServiceNow to IBM webMethods?
We connect the ServiceNow REST APIs to Integration Server or API Gateway. Each interface has retries, error handling and tests on both ends.
Can a Camunda process wait for a ServiceNow approval?
Yes, a Camunda process can pause until ServiceNow reports the approval, then continue. The process keeps the state, and ServiceNow keeps the record.
Which ServiceNow modules do you work on?
We work on ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD and SPM, on the ServiceNow AI Platform. We start where a module meets the systems behind it.
Which version are you on?
Tell us the platform, the version and what has to change. We reply with questions or a proposed next step.
