From the first diagram to a system your team can run
Every engagement follows four steps, from the assessment to the handover. Each step ends with something you can keep and check. You choose one of three ways to work with us. At the end, your own team runs the system.
Four steps.
01
Assess.
We map your versions, processes, interfaces and risks.
You get: a written assessment with options.
02
Architect.
We design the target state and the path to it.
You get: a target architecture and a migration plan.
03
Build and migrate.
We deliver in short increments and test each one.
You get: a tested release at the end of each increment.
04
Hand over.
We document the system and train your team.
You get: runbooks, a trained team and a planned handover.
Three ways to work with us.
Embedded.
Our engineers work with your team on your platform.
Fixed scope.
We own a defined scope and deliver it.
Nearshore.
A dedicated team in Bulgaria, one hour ahead of Berlin, Vienna and Zurich.
Nearshore teams in Bulgaria.
A nearshore team is a dedicated team of our engineers in Bulgaria. It works on your platform, to your plan and with your people.
Bulgaria is one hour ahead of Berlin, Vienna and Zurich, all year round. Your working day and ours largely overlap. Workshops and documentation can be in English or German.
Bulgaria is an EU member state and has been in the euro area since 1 January 2026. If you choose a nearshore team, we support you through the whole set-up.
Technical project management.
The right engineers decide how a system is built. A technical project manager plans how it is delivered: the time, the budget and the agreed quality.
Our project managers know the platforms they plan for. They agree the scope with you, track each increment and its risks, and keep your stakeholders informed.
Security and compliance.
Our teams are in Bulgaria, an EU member state, and work under GDPR. Necto carries professional liability insurance.
Which version are you on?
Tell us the platform, the version and what has to change. We reply with questions or a proposed next step.
